AI model calls do not use customer model keys today. Support for model-provider keys is in development. If your team has cleared a specific provider, tell us which one.

Can I use my own keys today?
Yes, for supported search, analytics, publishing, messaging, and enrichment providers.
Can anyone read a saved key?
No. A stored credential can be used but is never displayed after entry.
Can I use my own AI model key?
No. Model-provider BYOK is not available today. It is in development.
What happens if I do not add a key?
Where a shared default exists the workspace falls back to it, so nothing breaks while you decide. Adding your own key changes behaviour only for your workspace.
