HOW IT WORKS

Your keys, scoped to your workspace.

Held per workspace
Every credential is stored against one workspace and used only for that workspace's work. Nothing is shared between tenants.
Write-only once entered
A stored key is used, not displayed. No screen or endpoint reads a credential value back after you save it.
Usage lands in your provider account
Calls are billed and rate-limited by your own provider contract, so your existing dashboards, quotas and alerting apply unchanged.
Set and changed in Connections
Add, replace or remove a key from Settings without redeploying anything. Connection health is shown alongside it.

AI model keys are the exception.

Data and integration providers run on your credentials today. Model calls do not: they route through a single provider layer rather than per-workspace model keys, which keeps generation cost measurable in one place. Bringing your own model key is not available yet, and if that is what you need, tell us which provider your team has cleared.

Common questions.

Can I use my own keys today?
Yes, for search, analytics, messaging, publishing and enrichment providers. Add them in Settings, Connections.
Can anyone read my key back?
No. A stored credential is used but never returned. No screen or endpoint exposes the value after you save it.
What happens if I do not add a key?
Where a shared default exists the workspace falls back to it, so nothing breaks while you decide. Adding your own key changes behaviour only for your workspace.
Can I bring my own AI model key?
Not yet. Model calls route through one provider layer today. That is the open item on this page.
