Mergeflo orders are sold through Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, tax and refunds for every order.
If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. After that, payments are not refunded, and you can cancel any time to stop the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Same 14 days from the first payment. Later annual renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the renewal date.
Credit packs that are fully unused can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent cannot be refunded.
Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights you have under the law where you live.
Email support@mergeflo.com with the email on your account and the order number from your Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle at paddle.net. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
